Two people from Galena are charged in the murder of Billy M. Walker.
Sheila Renee Phillips, 57, and Gerald Keith Hoffman, 54, are charged with tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution.
The Highway Patrol says Walker died November 20 in Stone County.
His body was found December 15 in a rural area near County Road 187 and Highway EE in Dade County.
Phillips and Hoffman are being held in the Stone County Jail without bond.
