(KTTS News) — It’s 10 years in prison for a man from Springfield for a deadly drunk driving crash that happened in 2021.

Court records show Jarol Leiva-Navarro was going 110 miles per hour before he hit a car at Glenstone and Portland, killing 32-year-old Colby Compton.

Leiva-Navarro told police he had a beer and smoked marijuana earlier in the day, but said he was only driving 50 miles per hour at the time of the crash.
